2018-06-11 14:39:46 +0000 UTCGiven that everyone's supposed to be Germanic, except Mikasa who's half-Asian, I'm 100% sure that it is Mike, but his Japanese VA is pronouncing it as Mii-kay. I don't know enough about Japanese though to say if he's just breaking it down into Japanese syllables or if it's just an accent.
