The subtitles in arcane are good and bad. They dont say the names of a lot of characters, or they just drop it one time, so having the subtitles let u know the names of those they dont drop or the ones u dont remember. In the other hand, there are situations like in the moment Victor said: "IĀ“m Viktor" ;with the subtitles u already know.
