When the Doctor said that Gus once called the TARDIS to lure him there, the episode at the end of season 5 when a newly married Amy and Rory join 11 to continue the adventures in the newly rebooted universe, the TARDIS phone rings. The Doctor answers it and turns to Amy and Rory saying "there's an Egyptian Goddess loose on the Orient Express.....in space!!!!"
