2023-07-10 21:35:15 +0000 UTCFinally back on peak 🙏 I'm definitely with you on Olmar. I was attached to him very early on and this is definitely a critical moment for him. The pressure on him is not easy to overcome, particularly with his brother around. Speaking of Thorgil, I love his design. He looks like a freaking lion which just adds to his menace. The slaughter was beautifully depicted, especially with the OST like you mentioned. It's classic Vinland to have some sort of somber music playing during violent scenes. They make it look beatiful/graceful but the music is there to contrast that. Reminds me of the scene where Thorfinn first finds his father's dagger and he's enamored with it while the soundtrack tells a different story.
