HxH is supposed to play on contrasts, it can look childish in one scene and grim in another, that's what Madhouse version does, while 1999 version always maintains a darker tone

2023-10-02 05:27:29 +0000 UTC2011's art is not childish, it actually follows the manga's art more faitfully than the 1999. the 1999 sure looks great but it definetly had more different direction than the manga had, the 2011 is more faitfull to the manga

(for the young audiences)it will be great if you someday react to some old episodes(classical episodes).or you can watch without videorecord, just watch for youself.

Though it should be taken to consideration that Japanese audiences have different tastes than much of the west. Just for fun Im, how do you think the main characters ranked? You can check when you get to that point.
