Nen really shines through this Bisky training! Like you said Togashi definitely put a lot of time on Nen which is why its my personal favorite power system in fiction.

If you look back to the Testing Gates and the amount of weight Killua could push compared to Gon's you can see how Killua is the one that's physically stronger.

Wanna point out that Bisky didn't really say "Killua is stronger" as in power wise. She said he's got better "basic physical strength". Subtitles omitted the "basic" part of the translation.
Which makes sense. Gon grew up playing in the wild, but Killua was trained for years. So he'd naturally be more developed. Killua does have training in martial arts too, when Gon is just so physically gifted, that he almost catches up on that talent alone.
