If more people are aware of the Bomber’s ability, or even if someone else were to confront them, maybe that could influence the ritual's chances of success, even if minimally?

"Every thousandth of a percent counts when it comes to deactivating someone's Nen" It seems like he came to them so that he could siphon something from them to help him be able to exorcise the Nen. Maybe some of their aura or something? It's kind of unclear to me though.
