So many things I love about this episode. First off: Jupiter!! I’ve been listening to the Planets Suite while reading One Piece for so long. Second: Bonolenov has the same VA as Brook and is so similar to him. I also love his tribe/fighting style. It’s always a treat whenever the greatest band of villains are on screen!!

2024-08-06 05:42:49 +0000 UTCThis is head canon for me but I'm fairly certain the reason Jupiter was used for Bonolenov is because the planet Jupiter is known for its large storms and holes on its gaseous surface, specifically the "great red spot" Bonolenovs tribes bodies resemble the surface of Jupiter visually due to the holes.
