So based on the most recent round of communication with the Vimeo Rep, some point on Sunday should be a strong possibility for getting things back on track with the uploads. Between the two tiers, everything up to HXH 126 will be uploaded, and that would get the schedule caught up for the Monday release the day after. The $10 tier will obviously be Three episodes ahead of the $5 tier, I know that's clear, but I do still want to specify that.
Vimeo is essentially part of the how the channel functions, and it's quite an expensive component as well. So I have to make sure I use it to it's full capacity and get what I'm supposed to get out of it. As specified in the tiers, early access content is shared through Vimeo, that is is locked in. I can't go and pay for an alternative when I've already committed to a very expensive business subscription.
It's also crucial in avoiding copyright blocks and strikes with full opacity content, Anime in particular. Those early access videos simply cannot go on YouTube for those reasons. YouTube early access links get stolen and shared quite easily as well, so I moved away from that a while ago. Out of all the services, Vimeo is the best for my particular needs, and that is why I've committed to it. Yes, there are speed bumps with it here and there, so please consider that in the future.

I was wondering why you were so committed to vimeo until I landed on this post, and I don't blame you. I'm not an anime reactor, but as a fansubber I too have to do find websites that get around copyright blocks. I know Vimeo is classic old and reliable, but if you found dealing with them has became a bit too much, consider trying out vidyard if it hasn't already showed up in your radar. I have anime episodes there that are still up since 2022. It is reliable when it comes to avoiding copyright blocks, but haven't bothered to check content protection. I know you can protect your videos with a password but that's as far as I can remember.

I think the main thing that matters here is that the videos are out before November is out, in case there's any folks who need to cancel their subs for one reason or another.
