Togashis run was insane. Under many first reaction episodes people say stuff like: Now that I know the reactor started hxh I'm gonna wait til 131 happens haha I too watched a lot of channels 131 reactions and no other episode

No surprises here 😆 generally regarded as one of the best anime episodes ever. Plus I think it has a lot to do with that it’s a very ‘reaction heavy’ episode. There’s a lot of emotions that happen when you first watch this episode and it draws people to watch someone experience it for the first time. More than the other great episodes in this series.

It was foreshadowed so early(gon is a monster,kurapikas contract etc..) it all accumulated to that moment. When someone starts HxH I’m waiting for their reaction to that I also have a personal game with this episode. before we see gons transformation clearly, the camera pans to him. You don’t see him on screen but reactors still move their head trying to see him. It’s a little game of mine to see if a reactor is gonna do that 😂
