Sneak Peek Images + English text help needed

The first 3 windows have been 'slotted'. You might notice though that for the short version of this 'Angled Box' window, the texture seems to be broken. I have no idea if this is something which is happening in everyones game or just in some as I didn't see many other people talking about it. Just a few.
In the second image you'll see I've 'slotted' it anyway. Maybe if it gets fixed by EA, the slotted override will still work.
As for the slots theirselfs, I've added one medium slot in the middle (the pumpkin) and 6 small deco slots to this window type.
I also still need somebody who can help me to get the English title and description from the windows I will be adding slots too. Starting with these 3. You can't see the entire window on these schreenshots, but there're three different heights for each wall height.
And I think they're called Angled Box windows, but I'm not sure...
Hope someone can help me out!

I hope they will fix it, it doesn't look very nice in buildings... Is there a TS4 Discord too? Never knew that 😅
