Glad you're enjoying the story. Erikson's character work is top notch, probably above his world build. I wouldn't be surprised at the end of this, you'll have like 20 favorite characters. Malazan was my introduction series into fantasy (big mistake?) and the first two books took years to finish. After book 3 i finished the entire series in a few months, so I'm looking forward to your next book review.
