Appreciate you bringing up Oda's flaws as a writer. I'd love to hear you go more into that since there is definitely a lot to unpack there. One of the reasons I love One Piece is that there are so many positives to take from his writing that no one else does really.. in terms of combining unique elements of storytelling. But what I also love about it is how flawed his writing is. From a writers perspective, why not learn from these elements and create something even better knowing the flaws in Oda's story. In a way, he is giving us the map to his One Piece and is showing us how to make our stories even better.
