Map Packs! These will be one of three new resource types offered by Casper Gaming, with the other two to be revealed in the coming weeks. Map Packs will consist of a project that contains a few pre-made maps using RTP and other Casper Gaming resources which you can download and easily copy to use in your games, according to the Casper Gaming Terms of Use. You might also just use them for inspiration when making your own maps. The Map Pack page on my website will have an in-browser playable demo so you can wander around the maps without needing to download the full game.

The first map pack is a pack of 5 shop maps: 1 item shop, 1 armor shop, 1 weapon shop, 1 skill shop, and 1 inn. They feature a similar style in case you plan to use them in your game, and if using them for inspiration they also come with a few non-traditional ideas such as a fitting room for the armor shop where the player might be able to try on some gear. Resources such as map packs will not take away from time spent working on plugins, and there is no time limit for when to expect another map pack. It is just something that will be released whenever it is ready, along with a poll for the next map pack style you'd like to see.
