[BGS] Static Pack

Hi all, a small BGS pack today with 5 static sounds! RPG Maker doesn't come with any static BGS, but they are easy enough to generate so that's what this pack is. Some are more intense static, while others are more background noise static. They are each 30 second loops.
This is the first BGS posted to Casper Gaming, and all that is left is for some MEs to be posted and then there will be some of each type of audio resource for use in your game! The plan is to mostly focus on BGM and SE, but from time to time there may be more BGS or ME released.
