The sound of hushered murmurs and raspy voices still lingers in this room of the palace. The duchess and her advisors use to discuss economic triffles and political stakes at this very table. Now everything is empty as the silent images of the coloured glass judge you with stern eyes. Maybe its the ongoing war taking its toll on you. Maybe you are not so alone after all.
