Magic item - Amulet of the Hunting skull (Artefact)

The medaillon of the hunting skull was the prized artefact of a coven of hags who used their magic to pry unholy secret from their environment. They tracked down any opponent using a pack of conjured hell hounds. Some of their power still lingers in this amulet.
