Heya.

The Borne of Caution Act 2 Finale is almost done. It's in the stage where the bulk of the writing is complete, and now I'm editing it. I don't want to invoke the curse that seems to strike every time I give a deadline, but I'm aiming for monday at the latest.

Also, as a reminder for iOS users, Apple, as of yesterday, is now taking a 30% cut of all new patreon subs made using the Patreon iOS app. Please, please use the website version of Patreon to manage your subscription, not just for me, but for any creator if you use iOS. I don't want you all paying more than you have to. If you are currently subbed using the iOS Patreon app, you are grandfathered in, but if you ever unsub and come back, then you get hit with that 30% fee for every transaction. Using the desktop/web browser version of Patreon sidesteps that fee.

The second bit of patreon news doesn't affect us much, but I wanted to let you all know since I have no idea if Patreon/Apple told you. Patreon, apparently due to pressure from Apple, is removing the pay-per-creation option. That goes away on Nov 1st 2025, and everyone is forced into the monthly model. If you support a creator who uses pay-per-creation, then heads up.
