Quick Update: Next Month's Workload.

Hey there guys, are you all ok? I just checked right now and the pool ended yesterday, the winner this month is to continue on Karnal's route for now, which means you guys want some stripes huh? 

Remember that only Tier3+ patrons can vote on pools and that eventually will have pools about the next game once this nears completion, which at this production rate may still take some time to finish. Who would thought that making a Visual Novel alone would be so demanding right?

So, you guys probably know I was sick last month right? I'm still am, but I'm threating what I can and I think I'm getting better, so that's good. Even so, being sick in February which is the shorter month of the year wasn't good, that lack of two to three days really doesn't help at all, so I kinda had to choose to make another Karnal route instead and I'm not fully satisfied with it. SO, if you guys find out the last bit for Karnal is not on par with the rest, please give me a heads up and I'll rewrite it. 

So, this month didn't start smoothly too, you know? By day one, my main monitor died, and my second one started showing signs it will die too. Remember guys, if your monitor starts blinking or starts showing instability in the image, even if just a little on the sides after it's on, it will die eventually. Since I kinda need two monitors to have a good workflow, I had to buy a new one. Now, if my second monitor wasn't showing signs of itself dying too, I would totally keep it and work with it, but since it's also being unstable I had no choice. The logic board of the previous one died, and I can't keep on with it, I had to take out of my savings every single penny I had (for emergencies and for a trip to visit my parents), and even do some pretty sketchy things to be able to buy a new monitor because the prices got absurdly high and I think it's an offense to sell me a monitor that still uses an old VGA port for more than 200$. But I had no choice, and sadly not enough money to pay for it right away. I did get a monitor, I think it's beautiful and if I get any donations in the near future to buy a new one, I will because it would be good to replace this older one I have and make sure I'll have two working monitors (the second one is starting to blink sometimes now too, which is very distressing). That being said I was able to do what I needed and I won't need to suffer working with only one monitor for the next two or three months. IF any of you want to support me a little more without raising your tier level here, I also have a Ko-Fi where you can donate to me, or you can even ask in private for my Paypal address, any little bit will help, like I said, having two monitors working actually speeds the process by a lot. I work 60% faster with two of them. Of course, that's not a necessity, none of you need to give me more than what you already do, you guys are awesome, and I'm sure I'll be able to buy a new monitor in a few months or so. If this second one who's dying, dies on me, I'll still have my new one, I'll just be working 60% slower because I'll have to switch between four to five windows with Windows+Tab keys, and yeah, it's horrible.

But that's it for this month's workload and a little of my personal struggles.

Again I wouldn't be able to do any of this if not for you guys. I would be with a dead monitor if you guys weren't supporting me constantly. I would be really fucked if you guys didn't believe in my project. I will be eternally grateful for every single one of you, new and old patrons. You guys are absurdly incredible, and every single time I read some of your names which are with me here for more than two years now, it brings tears to my eyes. You guys are awesome.

So, yeah, that's it. If you're interested in helping me a bit more, remember that's not a necessity right now but it would be incredible to be able to safe-proof my workspace asap, you can always come to me in private to ask more about it and I'll gladly explain everything. 

The next alpha should be released between days 25 and 29, giving you all at least two days to grab it before the next month's come. 

And yeah, I am talking with Wagner about new artwork, it's been a while, but I was also able to pay for some new artwork, however, just like me he's full of works, and I'm pretty down on his list of commissions, he's a pretty professional person and he wouldn't put anyone above someone else's on his list of priority, first come, first served. So you guys will need to wait for a little longer.
