Making of "Two"

This one was based on the 2nd place tweet from my Twitter competition a while back. It was an excellent tweet, but I needed to change more about it to make it work with my family. (eg the tweet was about 3 sisters). I wish I could link the tweet here, but the account and all the tweets connected to it seem to have been removed. I hope the writer still sees her comic adaption pop up somewhere! :)
As always, I sketch it out without knowing what animal the extra character will be. I spent way longer than I should of googling animals for this one and for some strange, unknown reason, landed on the endangered pangolin. I made the mistake of not finalizing his design in a separate drawing before inserting him into the strip, so I ended up having to redraw him a bunch of times here!
