Making of "Back Up"

J managed to use the "boring" technique to successfully deter the kids from doing something the other day and thought it would make a good strip. That left me with the job of coming up with something for him to be redirecting them from.
I've been taking the brunt of lockdown with the kids, so by the afternoon I'm usually pretty frazzled. I'll often retreat to office for a breather while J keeps them occupied. This seemed like the perfect way to inject some wholesomeness into this comic. I really enjoy showing the parents working together as a team, rather than at odds, as is common in TV shows.
