Making of "Gamify"
Added 2020-08-24 19:54:58 +0000 UTCMy 6yo's bedtime routine is an absolute nightmare, so we try to find ways to speed things up. We thought the classic "see if you can beat your own time" trick would work, but he just started spouting this nonsense about button presses and menu options -which ended up taking even LONGER.
It didn't play out exactly like this, but all the parts have happened at some point. I relish any opportunity to throw things at his head -and he always thinks it's hilarious.
This comic started out as 4 panels, but I wasn't happy with the eye-rolly tone at the end -I wanted to make it more playful. Then I put 2 and 2 together about the "drag onto" and me lobbing PJ's at him and I knew I had to make it a 6 paneler! :)
