Making of "Saying NO."
Added 2021-03-29 17:07:07 +0000 UTCI often find myself in the ridiculous position of denying breakfast requests and demanding they pick from whatever insane Pop-Tart or marshmallow based cereal we have in stock. And they STILL grumble!
This seemed like it was going to be a simple comic, but I didn't think through having to draw all the candy/cereal AND original box design! I am dumb! :)
For the cereal mascot, I almost went with an ant, as they like sugar and it would be a nod to the Cheerios bee, but then I googled "animals that like sugar" to check for other options. A bunch of sugar glider pics popped up and although I don't think they particularly like sugar, the name was a good gag!
