Draw Ariel Challenge

My train of thought went like this:
It needs to be some sort of red land animal with a fish tail. Googles. Hmmmm, these are going to look weird if I slap long flowing hair on them. Maybe a bird? I need something with frills. What a minute! What if it was a FISH?! Googles red fish. Betta fish probably have the most Ariel-esk "hair". A betta fish in a dress with legs could be pretty funny. Does quick sketch. Laughs a LOT. OK, it's on!
