The wall to wall back to school posts on my timeline reminded me of this comic from 2019. It was a pretty simple one so I figured I'd just update it real quick!
I sized Fran up by being smarter with the speech bubble placement. I made her arms bendier and fiddled with the expressions a bit. I really liked her expression in the last panel (I think J must have drawn me that one) so I kept it the same. I zoomed in on the 2nd half of the comic so the inner monologue voice could appear to come from her brain. I changed her expression in panel 3 and added a shadow to panel 4 to make her determination at the end even more dramatic.

I love seeing all the little changes you make when you update them! It's fundamentally the same comic, but your original idea always comes across even better.
