Nothing to worry about for now, but Patreon started adding sales taxes and it will be effective July the 1st. I'm using a post from Wendigo (with permission) who explained it quite clearly :

Patreon will start adding sales tax to more patron pledges, digital rewards in particular. This will affect patrons in some parts of the US and 17 other countries on this list. European patrons won't be affected by these changes.

On my end, I flagged my tiers to show Patreon I'm mostly offering Exclusive Community Access through their site. Taxes shouldn't affect you but if it does please PM me !
