How I draw Constellations in 4 steps

As suggested on my new Discord (OVER THERE ♥) here's an example of how I work ! 

I work VERY differently depending on the comics, my mood, the weather, the hour of the day... no kidding ! One day I'll explain it all haha. For CONSTELLATIONS I started full traditional (except for the tones & texts), here's how.

 1★ storyboard, 8 pages on one A4 sketchbook page (makes it around A6 size ?) I tend to hate storyboarding because I just want to DRAW the pages. Now I "storyboard" them and sketch them at the same time to avoid the frustration of loosing something inbetween. Like, I really liked Akira on the first image up left, the sketch was a lot less convincing ! Also I write the rough dialogue ideas, either in french or english, depending on what comes first to my mind XD

2★ I print the storyboarded page in a A4 size to ink it. If the storyboard is not enough detailed, I sketch over like like so ! In some comics, I "ink" by sketching cleanly, with mecanical pencil and not ink. But it works with shoujo style pages (like "My Moon and Stars") not with Constellations so we go to step 3

3★ Inking. Either with Pigma Micron, or Staedler at first, now that I discovered Deleter nibs works for me I only use those. I wanted to ink digitaly because it saves a lot of time and paper, but my arm doesn't allow it recently, so back to traditional ! Sometimes I do the big dark areas traditionaly, sometimes on CSP

4★ CSP TIME ! I clean a lot, make some changes where I need them (proportions, haha...) and put gray tones, some yellow here and there, some manga tones or watercolor filters. I ALWAYS make the boxes before step 2 with Clip Studio Paint, the tool is just amazing. I tend to draw the speech bubbles last, which is a very bad idea because I end up now knowing where to put them. I'm working on this because I don't like my dialogues much and doing it last doesn't help ; ) I write them with Indesign, with is my last step before posting !

This was requested on my Discord and it's a very good idea !! Don't hesitate if you want me to explain some steps a bit further, or any tool I use ! It's usually content for 2,5$ Patrons but I wanted to share this first try with everyone ^^
