2022-01-20 05:18:52 +0000 UTCjust 2 days ago i started to make a to-do list for small stuffs like eating, showering, laundry etc (it's hard for some people ok;__;). and before going to bed, i marked them as completed (or in progress for stuff i didnt manage to do that day) and it felt so great! unbelievably great, thinking that 'i can do this' yes i can. :)
