There is never any wrong time to wake me up knight and talk to me about feeling less than your stellar self.just because you feel like you are protector and strong one doesnt make you invincible when the battle of the two brains decides to rear thier ugly heads.that usually occurs at night when we are alone.these 2 brains make us feel all kinds of insecure.ive had my fair share of those nights,especially in the past couple weeks.you do such a great job comforting others with your audios and other platforms you have that one should not be bothered when you need a shoulder to cry on cause guess what knight?you deserve love to. "I wonder what would happen if we just open up and communicate"(I'll post this comment and then listen to the audio to make any corrections to that)....hmm..i wonder as well what would happen and would love to communicate more but to be honest I'm stuck on where to start and where as well as what to say.maybe when I'm done comforting you through the night you'll feel more like your stellar self and help this little sweetheart out? Got way to many feels going on and could use some guidance on that.10 out of 10 warm fuzzies for your raw vulnerability. 🥰

When I was little, I was always told to go back to sleep. I was never comforted or talked through my fears in the early hours of the morning. As an adult, I know that alot of that was because I was one of 5 kids, & my parents needed their sleep. But that doesn’t matter when you’re a 3 year old, a 6 year old or older - it didn’t make me feel any less alone. All that taught me was I needed to deal with things by myself. And to push down the emotions that scared me. Which is why my response is always, always, always “wake me up” when a spouse has anxiety or fears. And this 1000% applies to my future children. Especially them. I don’t care how late it is, if you do it multiple times a night or week, whether I have work the next day. I don’t care. If your worries are robbing you of sleep and peace, I want to make it better, to ease your mind. Thank you for allowing me to do that with these reverse comfort audios, K. It helps to soothe my inner child.

As someone who deals with having to mother the inner child, it's really weird feeling that shift of, yes you can have your feelings, but you aren't the boss. Or that feeling of sensing the "danger" and immediately pushing the 5 year old to the back of your head to protect it from further harm. It's a rough but very rewarding experience at the same time.
