Added 2025-08-13 08:06:23 +0000 UTCIn Europe, the attitude towards nude photography has long been a natural part of the culture. In Ukraine, we still remain largely conservative, but even now, in these challenging times, I see perspectives shifting and moving closer to the European view.
In my case, it’s simple: I never offer nude shoots to anyone. People who want to work in this genre find me themselves. Sometimes they are creative individuals for whom nudity is a form of art, and sometimes those who are simply curious to try such an experience. (That said, my main focus is portrait and commercial photography 😉).
It’s clear that the more you publish a specific genre, the more people will associate you with it. And that’s a good thing — it attracts those who are truly “on the same wavelength” with you. Many photographers I know have been working with the same models for years, building a special sense of trust and creative connection.
What do you think — is it more interesting to work with new people or to deepen the story with those you already know well?
