I’m a hypocrite for that though because I find myself raising my voice or using a tone at others when I’m irritated or upset more often than I’d like to admit. I’ve been trying to break out of it as i’ve grew up and realized how much I hated the feeling(s) it brings me and might cause others. & yes the whole child thing is so true.. my Mom has a problem of yelling but my Dad is always calm when it comes to talking. take a guess at who I hated getting in trouble by lol. thanks for this audio 🙃

I’ve always been so confused when people say, “I’m yelling because I’m passionate!” Hearing people scream around me out of anything except excitement makes me so uncomfortable.
