Today was just a terrible, miserable fucking day. Went to the DMV to get a license plate and ID switched over since we moved, and I had to sit for three hours in the most uncomfortable seats surrounded by people only to find out I didn't have all the paperwork. Didn't get a single thing done there. Why the fuck do they need a birth certificate? I have a current, out-of-state working ID and clearly I was fucking born at some point. Not only that, but Leslie's computer downloaded a Windows 10 update that just fucked EVERYTHING up. Her tablet was barely usable, it was lagging, a lot of functions just disappeared, the calibration was off. But god dammit, she fucking pulled through and got this page DONE. Thankfully, we figured out how to revert back to the previous version of Windows 10 and all those problems disappeared. We're good now. At least on that front. Still have to trek out to the DMV again tomorrow. Kill me.
