Man, I love what a shambling mess Seth looks like in the last panel. Leslie has just been really amazing lately. Not just in her art, but she's been cooking a lot at home too and has made some of the most delicious stuff lately. She made some chicken teriyaki and rice that was just fucking great. Leslie, if you're reading this: fucking love you.

We checked out the land! It was super wet and muddy and very far off the road, but we think we can make it work! Gotta look into getting a service road made and clearing off the trees. I figure we don't need the whole 2.5 acres cleared off, just enough to make room for the house. It's exciting figuring all this stuff out! It was also really nice getting reacquainted with some old family members I haven't seen in over 10 years. Man, so many things are happening so fast. Gotta get crack down and get a lot of writing done! Gotta focus!
