Strangely, it also states that she's only a music executive under employment of Maleficent Records, which makes it rather odd that she would have the influence to match a CEO. Then again, it's unclear how many people Sterling actually has employed besides Elizabeth and the roadie Steg and Suria had prior to meeting Dakota. I'd say there's about a 50/50 chance that Roxanne has a justifiable reason for being hellbent on crushing Sterling regardless of who she's fucking with on the way to said goal. I still despise her, of course.

So I suppose my current least believable bit of the comic is how stuck up the club owner was (especially since the pic of the Rocket Roller show has Roller flashing her panties to the crowd :P).
