2023-05-25 06:08:27 +0000 UTCOkay, I wrote it down so y'all don't have to: Knights tortillas: - 4 cups flour - 2 tsp baking powder - Pinch of salt - 3,5 tbs lard - 1 1/4 cup of water Knights street chicken tacos: - Chicken thighs - 2 tbs olive oil - 2 tsp chili powder - 1 tsp kosher salt - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp cumin - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika - 1/2 tsp ground pepper - 1 tsp white wine vinegar - 1 lime 2 hour marinade: Add acids Overnight marinade: Add acids 30 min before cooking

2023-05-24 06:12:22 +0000 UTCI LOVE this, will try it. 😍👌 And I love sharing recipies with people - If you want like a really easy but tasty taco meat recipe I know just the one: - 1 finely chopped yellow onion - minced meat (mixture of pork and beef) - black beans - taco seasoning - half a beer You fry everything up, pour the beer in and let that shit simmer until it gets thick. I've made it for years and I've never gotten a bad review. It's caucasian tacos but it's so easy and so tasty. 😋👩🍳👍
