Whew, busy, busy week. Lot of family stuff, but we also lost power for 8 hours straight. It was a scheduled maintenance for our street, apparently. No food ended up spoiling, luckily enough, but boy, it was NOT fun. Power’s back on though, so we’re all good. We’re also gonna start on our next big house project: building a back deck for our house! Our back door has basically been unusable this whole time since it’s just a straight drop to the ground. Gotta build something to walk on! But first, gotta see if wood is even affordable right now. Gonna suck to do all these measurements and planning and then we can’t even get WOOD. WHERE ARE WE GONNA FIND SOME GOOD, HARD WOOD?!

Maybe that's an idea for future Elizabeth and Dakota sex scenes (please all that is holy let there be more) as I don't see a strap on being accessible right now in the middle of the woods hehe.
