As promised, cute furry versions of Suria (Furria?) and Dakota! We bounced around a lot on what Suria would ultimately be - fox, wolf, ferret, rabbit... but ultimately, we settled on rat. Maybe it's just my exposure to other furry artists, but Suria felt like she had punk rat energy. We were originally going to have her toes out for all you rat feet freaks, but we're suckers for wearing nothing but shoes. Dakota is a striped hyena, both because he's a desert creature and because they have a little tuft of orange hair on top of their hair that just reminds us of our boy. Plus, as a junkyard dwelling taker of all odd jobs, Dakota's something of a scavenger animal. Really happy with how these came out, and excited to explore more into this furry version of Rock Cocks next month!

As a bonus, check our some of these preliminary designs Leslie drew up to get a feet for how they'd look! We ultimately changed some stuff up, like the fur patterns and Dakota having more of a snout, but I think they came out super cute!
