Whew, I may be a little drunk while uploading this, so please forgive any typos. Had some pumpkin ramen, which wasn't very pumpkiny but WAS very good. And of course, you have to have a beer alongside your ramen. I could never order drinks at restaurants before because, well, it's Louisiana. You have to drive everywhere. But here, there's tons of ways to get around. I can walk, I can bus, I can hop on a scooter... Well, maybe not the last one. Point is, now I can drink as much as I want! Which is a responsible one drink per night max. These cups are REALLY big at restaurants, though...

Pumpkin ramen, did you say? I’ll need to keep an eye open for that. Where did you find it? H-Mart or Uwajimaya or somewhere else? Speaking of Uwajimaya, if you haven’t checked it out yet, I strongly recommend it. Based in Seattle with only four stores, the one in Beaverton on the west side of Portland is the only one I haven’t tried yet. But the three up here around Seattle are amazing and get a lot of my grocery money.
