While King Bumi was calculating it seems Commander Bumi is quite random but still accurate. I totally believe any plan he has would work. It’s just way out there for the other chatacters to grasp.

2017-11-24 19:42:43 +0000 UTCI thought this episode highlighted how misused Bumi is IMO. He had some insight, like pointing out how the Earth Queen was technical within her right to conspire Earth Kingdom citizens in army and his plan of infiltrating at night and into small teams were sound. The writers treat him too much as comic relief that he doesn’t do much and is treated as annoying nuisance by the group. Bumi was a commander in the military and respected from what Iroh said. I never get why the writers treated him as if he was the failure of Katara and Aang’s children. He shares so many similarities to Sokka and has a military background. He could have been the idea guy or strategist of the group while also being comic relief. Bumi could have really stood up in this episode if the writers allowed him to come up with a great plan instead of starting out good and decsending into silliness like badger moles who know code.

One thing they established during the original series is that the airbenders were the most spiritually in tune of the four nations and this technique is part of that connection.

2017-11-24 15:47:43 +0000 UTCIt's google limiting the files. It's not really meant to be shared with lots of people this way. When the limit is exceeded you need to download (or right click->make a copy, to your own drive, and then download that).

2017-11-24 15:42:14 +0000 UTCGoogle drive only allows a limited number of playbacks a day since it is not intended to be a video app like Youtube. There isn't any way to change it and for Google it is working as intended. In those cases you have to either wait till a day later for the view count to reset or download the file to watch it.

I think TPTB mentioned it in an interview or something. So to her using waterbending to replace her arms is as natural as, well, waving flesh and blood limbs around.
