He'll survive. I see no reason for the show to get rid of their only cast member who has been in the marvel movies. Coulson is the heart of the show so there's no way he dies. Maybe when yo-yo said that they shouldn't "TRY" to save him means that they always tried and failed but because they were focused on saving him they weren't focused on breaking the loop so if they do manage to save him that itself might break the loop

All signs point to hes gonna die even have whats fans been wanting in May confessing she loves him. All Death signs. But I think it all depends on if it gets a 6th season. I mean could end like he's dead and if no season 6 we see him in the movies again alive because Tony Stark or Dr Strange save him.

I think not. Whatever they change about the Future, doesn‘t include Coulson dying. Thats my guess. And it will be very very sad. So, dont forget the tissues.

Also as someone who's paralyzed I can tell you the phantom pain stuff is very real and extremely annoying at times.

Given the seasons finale was written as both a season and series finale in the event ABC make the STUPID decision to not renew it there is a chance that Coulson could indeed die this season. It would be a very sad moment but if it does come to pass Coulson should go out saving the WORLD because the best Avenger deserves nothing less as a send off

I really hope he does, but if they get renewed and he’s jumping back into cinematic universe I could see them moving on from him to Daisy. Which scares me May would also leave.

No, but this is a comic book show, so nobody is ever guaranteed to be permanently dead. He will return in episode 3 because the Phil that died was a clone, or a Skrull, or some other Marvel or comic book resurrection trope. I vote for vampire...

I said no because according to yoyo in order for things to change and for the story to move forward without repeating things, he needs to die.

I really want him to survive and I definitely think he will survive either way but I think he's more likely to survive if the show gets renewed for another season. I would be so sad if he does die. Also great reaction guys.

Like Daisy said, there is no shield without Coulson. As much as I love and adore the other characters, the show won't be the same without him.

As much as I love all the characters, it just wouldn't be agents of shield without Phil coulson. I really hope he doesn't die. His death in the Avengers hit me hard without even knowing him that long. Now, after 5 seasons, I would be devastated.
