At the end of the episode, we can see that the boys are green. His name is Andrew Garfield aka beast boy.

I think the TV Connor is supposed to be a dark haired 'bad boy' type, and that's the connection she made to Superboy.

In season 1 I never watched it past Episode 18.But did see Finale Episode that season. Without Spoilers I think Superboy already maybe knows what she looks like but doesnt know he has that power or something. Cause the way he first looked at her a few times but it changed after that desert episode when they all lost memories.

They foreshadowed the TV show in episode 9. When Megan restores Superboys memories you see some flashes of her memories as well. Which includes a image of her in the white Martian form. And a clip from Hello Meagn, laugh track included. It's even in their reaction for that episode go check it out and see.

It's never outright stated whether J'onn knows if M'gann is a White Martian. However, in my opinion I believe he always knew. When Martians are born white, it's kind of like being born with a birth defect. Then they usually get cast out of society.
