No Third Option I See. I think this will happen. I think Kaz will know what her intentions are now and it will be just there secret. After all wasnt he suppose to be their to find a Spy and she couldnt be the spy his mission was based on.

2019-01-30 03:03:02 +0000 UTCI think that Kaz will keep quiet overall, but report it to Poe or someone for the Resistance. Then he'll be in a position where he has to keep it quiet and continue spying in order leverage their friendship to find out more about the First Order. In doing so, he'll discover what was happening before between the pirates & First Order and give Synara a chance to come clean and redeem herself all at once – saving the station from First Order takeover at the same time & possibly banding together with the pirates against them.

Because since he is also a spy, it would be better for him, if she confeses without anybody knowing about his involment. It is after all kinda his fault she is even there, since he brought her in. It wasn´ t her idea. And it might be even better for him, if he keeps her secret and uses her againts the first order.
