Update on prices and frequency for future Commissions

To get to the point quick, I'll have to raise prices for commissions, YCHs, etc.

Tier prices will stay the same!

I'll possibly also offer more YCHs publicly as well to make ends meet. Unfortunately this may also mean a small decrease in private OC art. But this isn't certain yet. I'll do my best to draw Kess and Co as much as I can.

You don't have to read further if you're not interested. It's more so a reason as to what is going on.

The government here has decided to screw over low-income freelancers such as myself by having to fit into another tax category which will raise the monthly tax by about 40%.

Basically, if I wanted to stay in my current category I would only be allowed to accept payment from private people. Which means I wouldn't be allowed to accept payments through Patreon/SubscribeStar etc.

The other thing is because of the current energy crisis in Europe the prices for electricity and gas will be capped. Which means if you use more than average you will have to the pay market price which is according to the government 6 times higher than what people currently pay.

But since I'm a freelancer I live and work from home. Which means the use of electricity is definitely above average. This will come into effect starting from August 1st.

That's kind of the situation right now... and to be completely honest I have no idea how I'm going to manage any of this just yet.

Those are two huge changes being dropped all at once but I'll do my best to keep afloat somehow.
