Drawn in Medibang Android. Despite ClipStudio Paint being a way more powerful piece of software, there's something I like about the simplicity of Medibang. Feels much more optimized for mobile environments*. Downside is limited tool scope and a some tools don't exactly behave how they should. Laso/Transform being weirdly jank.
*The menus and performance are optimized for mobile, but touch input is overly sensitive. Had to disable half the touch options (rotate, two finger tap for undo...). Clip Studio has a much better threshold for touch input.
I'm lucky I bought it when they had one-time-purchase option for a short time. Now Medibang has also switched to a subscription model. lame.
