Migraine from Hell
Added 2020-06-14 19:34:04 +0000 UTCI been ordered to bed. The world was spinning anyway so figured to listen.
I havent had migraine like this in over a year but can barely move.
But i cant SLEEP so here i am complaining on the internet. (Thats what it's for right?)
Will try to get art out this evening if the tylenol kicks in. But none ive taken this morning helped so who knows.
I just wanna thank the patience you guys have with me. Never lost job in the pandemic so I don't get the free weekdays/weekends to get art done like some might have had.
Will try and not let this weekend lapse without some update for yas!

2020-06-15 16:40:25 +0000 UTCDude, the best thing ive done to mitigate my migranes is to take Advil and a hot steamy shower, leaving the water to pound my neck and head ( I know its basically the same, but it works better for me) crank up the A/C, drink alot of cool water, fill a ziploc baggie with ice or ice water and set it on my eyes as i lay down in pitch black. Put a pillow under your neck/ the arch of your back etc, sometimes the way you lay can affect your migraine. It's different for everyone, but these help me so maybe they can help you?

2020-06-14 23:33:03 +0000 UTCI went thru a period about twelve years ago, before I was diagnosed with kidney failure, where I got about weekly migraines... Started with just a headache and nausea that got worse and worse until I couldn't stand any light or noise. then I would start puking at regular intervals until it finally went away.

2020-06-14 20:54:36 +0000 UTCDo you feel my good thoughts and wishes headed your way yet? I got no experience with migraines, get headaches from dehydration sometimes. So make sure you keep up the fluids! Dunno if it would help but. A family member says try dark chocolate/bakers chocolate as soon as you notice it coming on. Worth a try, haha. though a bit late now. Sorry, hope you feel better soon~
