monsterfuck mountain devlog (+some spot illustrations)
Added 2022-10-31 21:43:37 +0000 UTCSo it's the end of the month! A bunch of you joined up specifically for the Monsterfuck Mountain demo, and to get updates on my progress with it, so here's a more detailed "where I'm at" beside all the vis dev I've been posting.
I've finished writing and illustrating the enchanted armor encounter! It's the first stop of an optional side quest for the Horny route, and contains one regular sex scene, and a red star sex scene if you're playing the Order route. Let's face it--the Order route is just to set up those scenes. This section has three spot illustrations (two featured above) and two full illustrations, one for each sexy bit.
I've also laid out my plans for the Garden, the first big location you'll explore. There's going to be a lot of options for things to fuck and get fucked by here, including a dryad, various of plants, and beegirls. It's going to take me a long time to write it all, but I'm confident it will be worth it! I've already doubled the demo's wordcount just between the armor and the set up for the garden, so you won't go hungry for content. I'll of course keep you all updated on progress as I go, and continue posting wips and concept art.
Out of curiosity--when you played the demo, did you play it from the PDF, or the Twine? Both? Which do you prefer?

used the twine! it was good for navigating, did have a concern of not being able to go back but i was comforted on reaching the ending and being able to backtrack to the encounter.
