introducing: another lindwurm

figured out my angle for froberge. you know how in nearly every documentary ever made there's a segment where the cocky young male challenges the oldtimer and either gets trounced or takes command?

anyway this is poignard (pronounced like pawniard) and he's much younger than froberge. male lindwurms are, like all dragons, highly territorial, and fights are inevitable when they encounter one another. poignard still bears a scar on his nose from the last time he met froberge on the battlefield. it'll fade away in a few sheds, by which time he'll be a bit older and wiser and a more worthy opponent. but until then, it is a mark of humiliation he will not forgive. he'll take any opportunity to extract revenge, no matter how ill-advised.

and here's a comparison between them so you can see the difference in age. froberge is Larger, and his horns are longer. his jaw and dorsal spikes are much more developed. female lindwurms would find him very sexy.
