No new art for the year

Without giving much away, the place I worked at shut down recently, leaving me jobless after four years of working there. As such, I will not be commissioning any new art for the foreseeable future. As such, any money from Patreon I receive will be going right towards rent or student loans (which I still owe on) and not towards any new art projects.
I'm so sorry if any of you are disappointed by this news, but this blindsided me. There was ZERO word on our place shutting down prior to yesterday when it happened. I went in last weekend like normal, thinking I'd still be working the following week.
Try to enjoy the rest of 2024, everyone. Because I sure won't.

People have lost all sense of tact and decency, honestly. A month before Christmas, everything goes tits-up, and nobody even has the decency to give a heads up. Businesses don't fail overnight, unless they get hit by a meteor. Shit takes months, and that's when it happens quickly. Sorry about your situation, I hope you make it through the holidays on into finer prospects in the New Year.
