In-Tune Studios GoFundMe details

A little FAQ about my upcoming GoFundMe for In-Tune Studios. A link to said GoFundMe will be made when it's up and running, but for now I want to explain a bit about it. This will all be listed as well on the GoFundMe when it launches.

Q: What is the goal of this GoFundMe?

A: The goal of this GoFundMe is to raise money for my student loans. Long story short; in November 2024 I lost my job. However, the funny thing about student loans is that they don't care if you're employed or not; they still want your money. In my case, I still owe several thousand dollars in student loans. My original life goal was to pay them all off by December 2025, but losing my job kinda sprung a leak in that plan.

As such, the goal of this GoFundMe is to raise some money to help reduce this debt. Clearing this debt would help my situation significantly. Just $600 alone would help pay off one of the four student loans I have!

Q: I thought you said you wouldn't open a GoFundMe.

A: I didn't plan to, but it's starting to look more and more I won't find employment by year's end. One hopeful place I applied to is filled up for the next three months alone.

Q: How will the money be spent?

A: The money will be split off in the following percentages:

10%: Presumed GoFundMe cut

80%: Student loans

10%: Rent/food expenses

Q: Will any new art or comics be made through this GoFundMe?

A: No. This is solely to help me during a rough time.

Q: Are there any tiers?

A: No. You may donate as much or as little as you like.

Q: What if you don't hit your goal of $3000?

A: This will be a flexible campaign, so any and all money would help me out. I do not expect to come anywhere near my goal.

Q: Can I donate to you through any other ways, like PayPal?

A: Not at the moment. I tried in the past to set up a secondary account on PayPal in the past for donations, but I had some troubles.

Q: What if your surpass your goal of $3000?

A: In the off-chance I surpass my goal of $3000, and provided nothing major happens along the way, I MIGHT commission new art with the extra money. But the student loans and other bills come first, so I'd need to hit bare minimum at least $3500 for me to do anything extra. Any art pieces will not begin until payment on rent/student loans with the GoFundMe money is completed.

Q: When will the campaign start and end?

A: It will start sometime in December and continue until December 31st, 2024.

I know this is a rough time of year for those with money, but this would be like my own personal Christmas if you could help me out. It would make a miserable ending 2024 start me off in a happier 2025.
