Water Bunny Evolution

Water type bunny doesn't flow as well as a mudskipper... unless it's the sea bunnies?
Anyhow, I hope the descriptions shed a teeny bit as to why I picked this idea (and yes, I'll admit, it's kinda generic hahaha).
